Although I ended up not using the company they were very informative and took more time than expected to help me with questions relating. Very friendly and helpful.

If anyone is looking for a HVAC contractor Brush is your answer. We had a new A/C and furnace installed and we couldn't be happier. When I call he responds quickly, that's half the battle when looking for a contractor. Prices are reasonable, what more can you ask for. We have Cody out every year to service our unit, last time I called he was out the next day, you don't see this kind of service now days. I would highly recommend giving Brush a call if you need a new system, repair, or just service.

Cody was great to work with - very professional. He and his team installed a new A/C and replaced an existing furnace for us. They handled all the problems our old house and ductwork threw at him and completed the job in 1 day. He has responded quickly to all our questions and concerns pre and post install and stands behind his work. Highly recommend.

Brush Heating and Cooling did a great job! Our A/C unit developed a leak and Cody came to the rescue. Cody with Brush Heating and Cooling was recommended by one of his competitors and I'm glad he was. When I called Brush Heating and Cooling it was refreshing to speak with the person performing the maintenance directly let alone the owner. Cody answered and was very personable and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He arrived the next day and had my heater and air conditioner serviced promptly but thoroughly. Cody's explanations were clear and understandable. He also included an inspection of the ducting in our crawlspace upon my request to check for what I believed to be a duct leak. I was very happy with the work he performed and will definitely be using him again.

Cody and team went above and beyond every step of the way, initially rescuing us from an installer that bailed the week before install date. Every question and concern has been handled promptly and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

If a 10 star rating were an option on Google, Brush Cooling and Heating would get 10/10 from us. Cody called back the same day I requested a quote for installing two ductless mini-split AC/heaters in our home. We made arrangements for him to come out in a couple of days to give us the estimate. He arrived on time and was very patient with us, explaining the different options available for what we wanted. He emailed the quote to us that evening. We thought the price was very reasonable and immediately paid the deposit in order to get the job booked, anticipating a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised when Cody was able to locate the units and fit us in his schedule within the next couple of weeks. Cody and his crew installed both indoor units, the outdoor unit, electrical wiring and refrigerant lines in one day. They were so quiet we hardly knew they were here… and they cleaned up after themselves! All in all, a great company that really seems to care about its customer service level. Thanks, Cody!
